Morning Hatha

Open to all levels and body types this class will introduce slow Hatha to newcomers and refresh those already experienced in asana, pranayama and meditation.

Taught at Lincolns only exclusive yoga studio Central Wellness, this all levels Hatha class is always themed, with mediation and philosophy in each lesson. The studio spaces offers a warm and controlled environment for a deeper practice and quiet reflection. 

The physical practice will follow a traditional class structure consisting of a brief warm up, followed by sun salutations and then a standing and seated practice. These postures will be guided so you can work on alignment, this will be beneficial to all, even if you have a good grounding in yoga already.
